1. Contractual Framework
These Terms & Conditions govern all industrial procurement coordination, raw material trading, and supply chain advisory services delivered by Sterling Enterprises ("Company"), headquartered at Unit 10, Ramdas Peth Center, Akola, Maharashtra 444001, India, Baner Road, Pune 411045, Maharashtra, India. No modification or amendment to these terms shall be enforceable unless executed in writing by an authorized director of Sterling Enterprises.
2. Procurement & Rate Quotations
All rate cards, metallurgical quotations, and freight estimates generated via our portal or issued by our executive desk are subject to primary mill capacity and commodity index fluctuations until formally bound by a signed Letter of Intent (LOI) or Advance Purchase Order (APO).
- Validity Period: Commercial rate quotations remain valid for 48 hours from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Inspection Standards: Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) certificates and Material Test Certificates (MTC) serve as final proof of metallurgical compliance upon warehouse dispatch.
3. Payment & Commercial Terms
Standard payment structures require an escrow-backed advance or confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) from an approved tier-1 Indian financial institution prior to mill dispatch. Late settlements accrue commercial interest at statutory reserve rates. Delivering operational excellence across industries.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sterling Enterprises coordinates complex logistics transit across multi-state transport networks. While we enforce strict carrier SLA agreements, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from force majeure transit interruptions, severe weather events, or statutory highway closures.
In all circumstances, total commercial liability shall be strictly capped at the net service coordination fee earned on the specific disputed shipment.
5. Portal Security & Unauthorized Access
Registered clients are strictly responsible for safeguarding their portal login credentials. Automated scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering of rate calculators on sterlingenterprises.online will result in immediate termination of account privileges and legal action.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and all underlying commercial transactions shall be construed and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any arbitration or legal proceeding arising out of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
